In 2015, Pilot Coffee Roasters in Toronto began doing business with Dixie Canner in Athens, GA. The initial order was for a single-head manual can seamer which Dixie Canner has built a reputation for over the last 125 years.

Various industries, such as food and beverage manufacturing, have witnessed a significant rise in production costs. As a more practical alternative, several brands have turned to specialty canning equipment to professionally package products and preserve their supplies.

Canning is one of the most widely used methods of storing and preserving foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals and industrial goods. However, canning instructions and equipment have changed over the years.

Another amazing Craft Brewers Conference in Nashville, TN has come and gone. We would like to thank everyone that stopped by our booth; it is always a pleasure to see existing customers and meet new ones in person.
