A few years ago, three friends outside of Chicago decided to take their love of beer and a strong friendship to the next level, and  Kinslahger Brewing Company was born. At first glance you may think the name Kinslahger is a typo. In reality, it's actually a mash up of two words central to the brewery's story - kinship, the connection with others, and lager, their specialty. This emphasis on a connection to others, along with pride in their Chicago roots, makes Kinslahger Brewing Company who they are. It's also what led them to Dixie Canner.

Craft breweries are more than just production facilities; today's craft brewers embrace a lifestyle that encompasses a sense of community built around the common appreciation and enjoyment of distinctly handcrafted brews. The Southern Brewing Company in Athens, GA, is proud to be part of this community.

Can packaging may have been around for a long time, but for some packaging companies, cans are a novel concept. That's the case with a Midwest co-packer of powdered mixes. Info about our motors: .75( 3/4) HP AC Gearmotor, 110/115V, 60/50Hz, 10A, 1PH – Manufactured by BisonGear & Engineering Corp. and Made in the USA. We have two versions of motor with same specs above but with different gear ratios. Our typical use motor has a 5:1 ratio and produces 122 lbs Torque. Our Heavy Duty use motor has a 7.5:1 and produces 184 lbs Torque.
