DIXIE RDSW-3SS RETORT/DUAL RETORT PACKAGE 5 AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM FOR LABORATORY, PILOT PLANT AND SPECIALTY CANNING APPLICATIONS

The Dixie RDSW-3SS Retort/Dual Retort Package 5 Automated Control System is a PC/PLC based control panel with HMI interface and Chart Recorder. The touchscreen interface allows the operator to easily choose between 5 thermal process operating modes, enter set points for cook and cool, start process and view status of cook. All temperature, pressure and time (COOK LOG) information will be saved to a .CSV File on the PC. Independent RTD reports to RRT Chart Recorder Only. Connection for up to 12 independent “T’ Type thermocouples. Thermocouple temperatures are displayed on Control Panel and saved to COOK LOG. Save up to 6 COOK RECIPES per operating mode for easy touch operation of frequently repeated cooks.
